Getting Started with FineGuide AI

Welcome to FineGuide AI! This guide will help you create your first AI assistant and get it running on your website in just a few minutes.


What is FineGuide AI?

FineGuide AI is an Agentic AI platform for creating intelligent AI assistants that don't just answer questions — they take action, make decisions, and accomplish tasks on behalf of your users.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Go to app.fineguide.ai
  2. Click Sign Up and enter your email
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Complete your profile setup

Step 2: Create Your First Assistant

After logging in, you'll land on your Dashboard. Here's how to create your first AI assistant:

2.1 Navigate to Assistants

Click Assistants in the left sidebar to see your assistant list.

2.2 Create New Assistant

Click the Create Assistant button and fill in:

2.3 Configure Initial Settings

After creation, you'll be taken to the assistant configuration page where you can:

  • Set the welcome message
  • Configure personality settings
  • Customize the chat widget appearance

Step 3: Train Your Assistant

Your assistant needs knowledge to answer questions. Navigate to Learning Context to add content:

Option A: Add Website URLs

  1. Go to Learning Context → Website
  2. Enter your website URL (e.g., https://yoursite.com)
  3. Toggle Include Subpaths to crawl all pages
  4. Click Add Context
  5. Wait for the crawl to complete (usually 1-5 minutes)

Option B: Upload Documents

  1. Go to Learning Context → Files
  2. Drag and drop your files (PDF, Word, TXT, etc.)
  3. Wait for processing to complete

Option C: Add FAQ Entries

  1. Go to Learning Context → FAQ
  2. Click Add New
  3. Enter a question and the exact answer you want
  4. Great for ensuring consistent answers to common questions

Step 4: Test Your Assistant

Before going live, test your assistant:

  1. On any assistant page, look at the chat preview on the right side
  2. Type test questions to see how your assistant responds
  3. Adjust your training content if answers aren't accurate
  4. Use Learning Context → Test to create a test suite

Step 5: Customize Appearance

Make your assistant match your brand:

  1. Go to Appearance
  2. Set colors for light and dark themes
  3. Choose a chat template style
  4. Configure widget position and size
  5. Upload a custom avatar or widget icon

Step 6: Deploy to Your Website

Ready to go live? Get your embed code:

  1. Go to Integrations
  2. Copy the provided JavaScript code:

  1. Paste this code into your website's HTML (in <head> or before </body>)
  2. Refresh your website — the chat widget should appear!

Step 7: Connect Messaging Platforms (Optional)

Extend your assistant's reach to other channels:

  1. Go to Connect Apps
  2. Click on the platform you want to connect (Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
  3. Follow the OAuth or setup flow for each platform
  4. Your assistant will now respond on these platforms too!

FineGuide uses straightforward credit-based pricing:

  • 1 credit per message — All the AI orchestration is included
  • 12 credits per minute — For Voice QA analysis

No need to choose models or worry about variable costs.
