FineGuide's agentic AI system handles all the complexity behind the scenes, giving you straightforward pricing:

How the Agentic System Works

When a user sends a message, multiple AI models work together:

  • One model analyzes the user's intent
  • Another generates the optimal response
  • A third extracts conversation variables
  • Additional models handle quality assurance

All of this is included in the 1 credit per message cost.

Where to Check Usage

Navigate to Billing in your organization settings to view:

  • Usage history — Detailed breakdown over time
  • Extra charges — Any overage costs

Compare these two percentages:

Example: If you've used 75% of credits but only 50% through your billing cycle, you may exceed your plan.

If approaching storage limits:

  1. Review and remove outdated documents
  2. Consolidate similar content
  3. Remove unused website crawls

Respond to Usage Spikes

When you see unexpected increases:

  1. Check which assistant is consuming the most
  2. Investigate:
