Platform Overview

FineGuide AI is an Agentic AI platform — your assistants don't just respond to questions, they reason, plan, and take action. Multiple AI models work together behind the scenes to deliver intelligent, context-aware interactions.

Assistants are Agentic AI agents that you configure, train, and deploy. Unlike traditional chatbots, they use multiple AI models working together to understand intent, generate responses, and take action. Each assistant has:

  • Persona — Identity and personality settings
  • Features — Behavioral configuration (lead collection, tickets, etc.)
  • Appearance — Visual customization for the chat widget
